Please review the terms below before continuing to remote support.

By continuing, I authorize PC Good Guys / Twin Cities PC Repair to remotely access my computer for the purpose of troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, or technical support.

I understand that I may disconnect the remote session at any time. I also understand that remote support may allow the technician to view my screen, operate my mouse and keyboard, access system settings,and make changes needed to resolve the issue.

I confirm that I have saved any open work and closed any private or sensitive documents before starting the session.
